Terms & Conditions

General:

All classes must be paid for at the time of booking and are non refundable. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer (instead of at the checkout) this must be done within 48 hours of making the booking otherwise the class place will be cancelled and offered to others on the waitlist.

All parents/carers are to be present in the room at all times and are responsible for their child/baby whilst taking part in the session.

Photographs and videos can be taken but must ONLY include your child and no other children or adults present in the session without their permission.

Current Covid-19 processes and procedures:

•  You will need to wash or sanitise your hands before entering the room, sanitiser will be available

•  I have mats that I will be sanitising in between each session, These mats will be placed in the hall ready for you to use, making sure 2 metre social distancing is observed. Please feel free to bring a small blanket to put on top.

•  I will be wearing a plastic visor whilst I sing. You will be required to wear a face covering at any time that you are not seated on your mat including arriving and leaving the class. If you need to pop out to the toilet or to calm your child etc, please put your face covering on. It is not necessary for your children to wear masks.

•  Your contact details may be used for NHS Track and Track purposes when/if necessary.

In the circumstances of a local/national lockdown or if face to face classes are unable to continue due to other reasons relating to COVID-19, I will contact you all as soon as possible to inform you if we decide to move to online classes instead or failing that to reimburse your fees for classes that do not run.
